Radiance is owned and operated by a local family, and the owners give every tour personally. We specialize in dementia, mental health, and developmental disabilities, so we can care for residents whose needs span more than one of these areas. Our care provider, Nomita Paul, came to caregiving from the family side, and that shapes how we work with every family.

Our Care Provider
Meet Your Care Provider
At the heart of Radiance is Nomita Paul, our licensed Adult Family Home Administrator and the person your loved one will see every day.
Nomita brings an uncommon combination of professional excellence and deeply personal experience to her role. She spent over 18 years at Microsoft, where she built a career grounded in precision, accountability, and care for the people around her.
When her mother needed care, Nomita stepped into that role fully, and what began as a personal calling became a professional one.
She holds a Master of Information Systems Management and an MBA, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology.
She is a DSHS-certified AFH Administrator trained in dementia care, mental health support, and diabetes management, and is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
But perhaps more meaningfully, she knows what it feels like to be on the family side of this — to want your loved one to be truly seen, not just cared for.
That lived experience shapes everything at Radiance. Nomita is present, attentive, and genuinely invested in the people in her care.
